Depending on the width of the wedding band, you should be able to get one at HKD$5000. It is more expensive than other shops but what you are paying is the brand. Also you only need one ring per life so I think it is worth it myself.
For Milgrain, it is best to check in the shop for stock and price because they changes all the time.
